Anita the good soul of the house :) When I first entered the basement, I felt right at home right from the start. No matter if scene people as well as normal people are welcome here. There is always a relaxed atmosphere. Music is great, prices are also perfectly fine. You can get into a conversation quickly if you want and Anita is always joking. We come here regularly and have not been disappointed yet. See you again soon! :)

Quaint and cozy cellar pub in the heart of Bayreuth. The right place to go for everyone on rock and metal. The prices are more than fair and you have good music and a friendly atmosphere. Those who don't drink have to pay 90 cents. I also don't go to the cinema and don't watch a film. A small glass of water is always possible! So off to the basement with you, there is often laughter 😜

It is ok, the cellar has its charm, but the service is often a bit pampy

A nice friend recommended the Kneippe to us and so we wanted to have a fun evening with four of us. However, we are students and two of us wanted to share an expensive drink (€ 3.90 for 0.5l Goass measure), as we had been to two other bars before. Unfortunately our wish was not fulfilled, which we would not have found problematic. However, the rejection was very unfriendly in my opinion and therefore we will not visit this Kneipp again. In other Kneipp restaurants in Bayreuth it is not criticized if two people share one when ordering several drinks. And if you don't know yet: If you don't take anything, you have to pay 90 cents. Everyone should make their own judgment. Hence only 1 star from me.

Best pub in Bayreuth, the landlady is an original, friendly guests, the prices more than fair ... for everyone who likes rock and metal the pub in Bayreuth, definitely a tip!

A really cool shed. I come from Berlin and I was very pleasantly reminded of the "Leaves Cathedral". Only that you are not processed here, but served very family.

The Foile Douce is an absolutely quaint little pub in a vaulted cellar in the center of Bayreuth with a very nice and humorous landlady who also likes to drink a beer with a guest and have a conversation. Musically, as a metaller, you really get something on your ears in the sense of trash and death metal (of course not exclusively). If you are looking for metal and a nice atmosphere, this is definitely the place for you and will definitely have a great evening!
